All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
We currently ship worldwide, including North America, Europe, Australia, and selected regions in Asia and South America.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the order leaves our warehouse.
If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, please contact us at customer@pheromen.com. We’ll assist you in tracking down the order or sending a replacement if necessary.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Pheromen is not responsible for delays due to customs.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
